Turnaround Times Continue to Improve

ING is pleased to advise that our turnaround times for new home loan applications are currently 2 business days from application submitted date to credit assessment decision, where all supporting documents required have been provided and an upfront valuation ordered.

According to a recent Roy Morgan Single Source survey, ING achieved the highest banking customer satisfaction ratings for both home loan and non-home loan customers.
